A serial entrepreneur, founder & visionary by default (fun fact: Rua means visions), wellness expert, consultant, community builder, mother & lover of functional aesthetics. With 15+ years in integrative health & entrepreneurship & building a cult-favorite brand, I get to help radical founders, entrepreneurs & brands lead with vision, beauty, resilience & impact.

HI, I’M RUA

An entrepreneur that started my first company with a big idea, a cashew, and a lot of taste testing and grew it into a cult brand with epic cheese & dessert alternatives that transformed people’s health and perception of food as art & medicine.

I launched Planthropie — a next-gen wellness brand — after discovering my son’s dairy allergy and recognizing a growing gap in the food space for clean, elevated alternatives to dairy and gluten-free dessert and cheese. It quickly grew into a cult-favorite brand, was honored with two national award nominations & loved by the health-conscious community, celebrities, & pro athletes.

As Planthropie evolved beyond its flagship shop, I expanded the vision beyond brick & mortar — into experiences, storytelling, and conscious collaboration.

But my story started a little differently. After fleeing war in Iraq, I left behind medical school and everything I knew. I rebuilt my life from scratch — with relentless vision, & resilience — eventually finding my way through the worlds of integrative wellness and oral health. This journey deepened my belief that transformation starts from within, at the source — the mouth-body, the mind, and the soul.

Now? I get to help radical founders, entrepreneurs, and brands elevate and lead with vision, beauty, resilience, and impact.
